what is your holiday style?

I haven't quite decided what direction I want to go with my holiday decor this year. I am trying to decide between an elegant look punctuated with flowers...

(via style at home)
A restrained look....

(via house and garden)
Or perhaps rustic and inviting...

(via skona hem)
What style are you embracing this year?

That wreath is very pretty. For holidays I'm all about cozy warm colors, so usually there's lots of browns, pinecones, etc around my house.

That first wreath would be perfect for decorating this holiday! That one gets my vote.

Blair I love Magnolia wreaths which reminds me that I have one from Restoration Hardware to get out!

Usually I mix it up with a casually elegant look.

I'm loving the 'restrained' look. But, it's potentially just because of those windows!!! Happy December.

Traditional! I was back and forth with the same thing, until I was inspired by a winter wonderland.

I love the first and second. I'm always looking for ideas on how to decorate for winter that isn't Christmas themed

I tend to be dichromatic. Gold and red, silver and gold, gold and white or white and green. Decorations tend to be understated. Christmas would not be Christmas with flowers. So you can understand why I love the images on thus post. Bonne semaine.
