my dog thinks she is cat

Ok, totally random post but my dog, Tally-Ho, just make me laugh sometimes. Her newest trick is when there is no room on the sofa she crawls up on top of the back cushions and just makes herself right at home. I don't think people believe me when I tell them this so I had to document it.

Do your pets use your furniture for unintended uses or have any quirks that make you smile?

best in show

I am guessing my fondness for canines has become quite apparent and I just could not resist sharing this new "Best in Show" wallpaper from Osborne and Little.

I just think it would be so cute in mud room or casual powder room!

There is just something about pictures of interiors that feature the owner's dogs that appeals to me. It just makes the homes feel authentic and as though they are actually lived in. I especially love the Golden Retriever in the bedroom--makes the already warm room so much cozier. Plus it just make me smile to see all these lucky canines living in such pretty homes!

Eco Bones

My two dogs tear through squeaky toys in about an hour so I had stopped buying them. However, on Friday I saw these eco bones and I just had to take them home--they were super soft, looked really durable, and of course I thought they were cute! I took a gamble and the eco bones have now lasted three days- truly historic for my dogs. Even cooler than their durability is that they are made out of recycled pop bottles! The company that makes them,West Paw Designs, is based in Bozeman, Montana and offers tons of eco chic dog beds and dog toys.
