branching out

I just bought some forsythia to spice up my dining room and was amazed at the difference it made. The height of the branches completely transformed the space. This time of year branches are a lovely way to add the feeling of spring while also creating texture and whimsy.

Such a simple and inexpensive way to add some flair to a room.

I love floracynthia. They add drama. I get mine at Costco every year about this time. They always have a big selection and they are cheap.
Take Care,

Sprigs, twigs and even bare branches look amazing any time of the year and I have a real weakness for them!

Both images are gorgeous! I have some quince branches on my dining room table right now and they look so pretty this time of year! I also posted about this if you want more pictures for inspiration: http://bjdhausdesign.blogspot.com/2011/03/twiggy.html
