kitchen crush {sleek and functional}

It has been a while since I have posted about my fascination with eat-in kitchens, perhaps because none have piqued my fancy lately. I tend to love bright kitchens but the combination of the white ceiling adds a sense of airiness to the slate and wood palette. No wonder Canadian House and Home named it kitchen of the year.

Very nice! I like the lamps, the huge appliances...perfect!
Pretty darn close to perfection!
It's interesting because usually dark floors, dark cabinets and dark walls would feel like a cave... but the window and white ceiling really do wonders for the space.

Love the base of that table, too!

Ufff, I love that floor, and those chairs! Muax!
Love this kitchen and have walked through it many times as it's in a lottery show home. Today is the draw - so wish me luck!

I am totally with you! A while back I took the video tour of the home and the whole thing is gorgeous. The kitchen is the jackpot. :) I also just picked up the December issue of Canadian House & Home and it's featured there as well!
