loving {teal accent wall}

I was helping on of my best friends move into her new place this evening and I got incredibly excited not only that she is now living a few houses away but has a clean state to make her new house a home. One of her ideas is to have a turquoise accent wall in the guest bedroom...think I can get behind that!

Also, kind of smitten with the mixed fabrics and studding on the chairs.

Just gorgeous! I love this colour, and did a post on my blog about it here:

It's a gorgeous lodge resort in New Zealand. I'm sure you'll love it!

Teal talks to us of possession.

If we like our home and all that is in it, that would make some sense.

Cheers!

What a great use of colour. The patterning on the chair cushioning and cushions really brings it all together. Liking the straight line architecture of the room too.

Love those teal accents! I am doing similar in my home but with furnishings. I love the color so much!

The second photo looks like it's teal panels rather than the wall, which is a great option for renters!

Love that color, don't think I've ever seen a accent wall in that color, looks fab!
Absolutely gorgeous! Love how that color is strategically sprinkled around the room.

I am a fool for teal! Have been collecting teal vases and plates for years. LOVE!
We are having our kitchen redone and plan on painting the inside of the cabinets a perfect greeny-turquoisey-teal. Perfect with the old wood, white and black.

Oh so fabulous! I was getting tired of red accent walls anyway!!! Though, I think a couple of pops of red color around the room would be amazing. Am I crazy?

It just works so perfectly with the white, doesn't it. I love the pops of magenta, too.

I have to find out what colour(s) they have used below: I'm in love.

Love this! Its not a color you see too often on a wall, and it should be used more.
Thanks for inspiring me today!
