warm and cozy {kitchens}

I am going to be starting a series that I am very excited about that is centered around cheap(er) home decor and small space solutions which will premiere later this week. However, in my research process I kept finding myself saving away these compact, cozy and warm kitchens. I particularly love the shelving!

Also, what room in your home are you seeking the most budget friendly solutions for or struggle to utilize a smaller than desired square footage?

The living room because it needs two desks AND appropriate living room furniture. It becomes tricky to lay out.

Wow - I love all of these. Especially the plywood and the concrete ones. I think ANY pointers on stylish but budget-friendly will be welcome! My powder room is a challenge for me, for some reason...it's actually a full bath and it's boring.

Well, my friend. We are buying a house. Finally. And my tiny kitchen is maybe 72 square feet and nothing special to speak of. The only thing more spare is extra money. What to do?!

Lindsey, first of all congrats on buying a home! 72 sq feet is definitely a challenge but I have no doubt with your creativity it will work out wonderfully!
I want a ladder somewhere in my house. I love them in libraries or kitchens. So fancy!
Absolutely stunning! Love all that light.
My bedroom is so tiny, that when I open the clothes cupboard i stubbed my toe because if I move back any further i'd be standing on the bed! But I'm always on the look out for budget buys for the lounge/sitting room
I love the first pic. I think the lighting makes the space appear bigger than it is which is great.

I'm currently starting renovations on the kitchen of a tiny, 1930's bungalow, and the very top all-white kitchen with natural wood accents is exactly the look I'm dreaming about. Thanks for the inspiration!
