subtle shimmer for spring [2010]

I am loving all the soft shimmery looks in the spring 2010 lines, but I think this strapless Halston number with the perfectly loose silhouette and....

this stunning and sophisticated outfit from Tory Burch are my two favorite examples of this look.

And how perfect is that little pop of hot pink from the shoes--talk about one stellar ensemble! Just like these outfits I love the way that these subtle and shimmery looks can translate in to an interior.

You happened to pick two of my all time favorite interiors! I actually submitted the bottom one as my "Style In One Picture" for a challenge on www.fromtherightbank.com!

You have fabulous taste Blair:)

I love both of these rooms and outfits so much, I can't stand it! The second room has long been one of my favorites. It was my screen saver for the longest time. (It only recently got bumped from that spot by one of my dogs!)

I love those mirrors in the first photo! My roommates and I have been searching for some decor to spruce up our plain hallway-I think mirrors like that would definitely do the trick! Lovely post as always :)

I'm totally in love with the last combo, Blair. that little pop of hot pink is soooo perfect! I'm seriously thinking of getting some pink chairs (or painting the ones I have) and buying some pink sandals...
hope you have a wonderful weekend! xo
