a secret garden

The weather has just been just wonderful here the past couple of days and I have had no desire to be inside (hence the sunburn). It leaves me yearning for a room that would allow me to be to be inside while still enjoying the wonders of the outdoors. Perhaps one with a little chandelier?

Or a citrus filled orangery with the perfect settee.

Or maybe a peaceful and more traditional conservatory...

Do you have a dream room addition?

is it weird that i'd like a room just for the dogs where they can have toys and beds and lots of space (so this way when they get on my nerves i don't feel bad for putting them up!)? that third space is pretty awesome though.

I love the secret spots you shared! I like going into my little nook where all my cookbooks are or down in my studio area. Thanks for sharing. xoxo

I would love a design studio in my back yard...of course it would need to be overlooking a small swimming pool...complete with a fire pit, comfy outdoor furniture that that looks as good as indoor furniture...mature landscaping, an outdoor kitchen/grill would be nice....oh to dream!!! Love, love your blog!!!

I have been obsessing over my room with a new bed and linens and a place for my dogs bed which I bought to colour coordinate with my bed room, I even bought her a really cool animal print blanket in the nice fuzzy material she loves.
I am looking for the perfect wall paper to put on one wall.... colour scheme yellow, grey and brown with gold and silver with bits of white.
i love the rooms you picked.... the first image is completely dreamy!

My dream room would definitely be a sunroom. Sometimes I find myself staring at our little garden while sitting on our couch in the living room. I actually would love to set-up an office in a sunroom.

Oh I love all your garden/greenhouse photos! Yes, I'd love to have my patio re-paved and take a weekend to replant flowers in the back. Someday turn all the grass into living plants with gravel paths...someday!
