cheap(er) chic: spring flowers

Sorry for the late cheap(er) chic this week, as you can tell from the light posting it has been a busy one between work and trying to put a plan together for my new business. I love all the floral patterns for this spring and wanted to put together a cheap(er) chic that showed that florals can be sophisticated.

dress from ann taylor ($169), earrings from alex monroe ($150), flats by corso como ($130), clutch from boden ($128), alice and olivia dress (40% off)

I love florals, but don't have any in my wardrobe. That's something I'll have to work on this season.

What a fabulous purse! It can give a little black dress just the right pop of color!

I just sent my mom a link to this dress this morning! Maybe it's the blowing snow today that is making me drool over flowers. :)
that clutch is amazing...i thought it would be really unaffordable.

I love those flats, and the clutch is sweet without being saccharine.
