fashioning interiors {heidi merrick}

Simple sophistication with a twist--that is how I would describe Heidi Merrick's spring 2010 line. Love the soft colors and leather touches paired with feminine pieces.

That third pairing is perfection- the jacket and room both have an English equestrian appeal with a surprisingly fresh lightness. That girl looks like she'd be right at home on that little settee!

The clothes are so soft and appealing with the hint of tradition. That ottoman in the last image is great.

First photo chairs = true love.
1, 3, and are my favorite pairings but I love them all. Cool, crisp... summer!
How cool is that 'coffee table' in that last image. It looks like a huge oversized floor pillow!

Great trench, and I love the way it perfectly matches the chest of drawers in the bedroom. Great eye Blair!

Thanks for the Paris 26 gigapixels bit, takes a few moments to load up but worth the wait. At first it reminded me of how bing.com is setting their search homepage with images and info as you mouse over. Then I realized (on Paris 26) you can actually click one of the images on the right and get zoomed right into that spot; I tried the Theatre De La Ville.

The extended wing chair looks really elegant, as usual. Why wouldn't it be when it's just a requisite for elegance?
