unwinding with pretty pottings

Work has been very crazy this week and unfortunately I don't think there is any end in sight but I have found a new way to unwind--gardening! I have just started to become interested in potting (4 pots in the last week!) and would love a specified place in my home to cultivate my green thumb. I am thinking perhaps a lovely potting bench...

Or maybe even a potting shed and that way if my interest wains that I could convert it into a lovely guest house...

Or even casual dining quarters...hmm.

How do you unwind after a long day!? Hope you all have a lovely evening--I am off for a belated birthday dinner.

Gardening is very relaxing.. Digging holes use to be a chore, now its very relaxing, also keeps the arms toned1. lol.....Also, I love to read, that in itself says it all. I love your photos of the pots in the first image.
I've been the same way lately! I've potted a few herbs and flowers, and I'm growing a little vegetable garden. It's so relaxing.

well, unwinding in and ideal night would include pilates soon after work to stretch it all out and then a nice glass of wine and yummy food. then i would beg and plead for b to give me a massage until he gets sick of hearing me whine and just does it:)

This reminds me that I want to work on my nasty shed. Somehow I don't think it will look as good as these spaces.
I LOVE the 3rd & 4th images. So lovely. I usually unwind with a magazine/book and a glass of wine... or a bath... I do enjoy working in my yard (most of the time)!
