eco chic: mad imports
Given that it is Earth Day ( Happy Earth Day!) I thought it would be appropriate to post one of my favorite (and reasonably priced) eco-chic lines in celebration! The line is Mad Imports, a socially and environmentally responsible company selling handmade handbags from Madagascar and Kenya. Their colorful handbags are made using renewable raw materials. I am especially fond of their small handbags and clutches--the perfect summer accessory!

LOVE these--Clutches are always my favorite kind of purse to carry even though I can never fit all of my "junk" in them!!!! what a great find :)

Well, I just posted a little blurb about how I'm celebrating, but I just took a walk in the drought resistance garden and this weekend I'm doing the creek to coast clean up!

We celebrated Earth Day by planting a shrub in the garden.
I love ALL of these purses. All I would need is 3 more and I could have one for each day of the week!

Wow so beautiful. I love them! I celebrated Earth day today outdoors at a Yankee game. Not my first pick due to all the rain, but it was fun none the less.
