fresh spaces {from down under}

When I was home for Christmas I read my first issue of belle magazine and I am so happy I did because it introduced me to the the inviting and unpretentious spaces of Arent&Pyke . The two lovely ladies that comprise this Sydney based interior design practice, Juliette Arent and Sarah-Jane Pyke, have an amazing sense of space, balance and comfort. This new duo is definitely something to be thankful to 2008 for bringing us.

I'm a huge fan of Belle magazine as well.

I love the first space the most. The indoor and outdoor living areas flow well. Perfect for entertaining.

that child's room is so sweet—probably one of the most whimsical kids room decor i've ever seen! and the green really packs a punch! i like how the name is raised on the wall and leaves and interesting shadow—creating playful shapes. LOVE it! i want kids! i want to decorate cute rooms like that!!!

Hmm- I have some of these rooms saved, but I don't think I'm familiar with the design firm... I am thinking I must have them saved from a photographer's website? (I'd have to search my comp to figure it out) Anyways, thanks for the introduction to the design duo! Their rooms are beautiful!!
